DESCRIPTION

Slow down your day with a gentle yoga session in the open air and with panoramic views of the vineyards, while listening to the sounds of nature and the fauna present on the estate. Recharge your energy with a short meditation followed by a social moment with wine and healthy snacks – ideal for getting the weekend off to the best start.

Our instructor, Debbie Crank, will bring the best of yoga and pilates practices to make you feel at your best during the session.

  • Outdoor yoga session on a covered terrace
  • If you don’t have one, we can provide a yoga mat and block
