By founding his own wine estate in 2007 Karl Heinz Stock brought one of his dreams to life. While this sounds like many wine-lovers’ deepest desire, it doesn’t seem all that realistic, does it? But don’t worry, with the new project The Vines we intend to share our dream with you.

During the weeks when you do not wish to use your villa suite yourself, the on-site team can handle the rental to tourists for you. A truly turn-key package is offered, as all upkeep, gardening, maintenance, as well as the rental operation is handled by the experienced Quinta dos Vales rentals team. Upon purchase of one of these units the developer offers a guaranteed return of 3% p.a. on the purchase price during the first 4 years of operations. You get both the feeling of being at home with a team you know by name, as well as the benefit of a professionally organized operation.

THE VINES IN DEPTH

The Vines is made up of 16 stand-alone houses, each comprising of 2 independent villa suites. The balance of interior to exterior areas is ideally suited to the concept of vacation homes, as holiday-makers in the Algarve tend to spend the majority of their time outside. Each villa suite features one bedroom, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, an open plan kitchen and living room, as well as a private terrace, adjacent to a cosy private relaxation area. From these terraces, you can enjoy unobstructed views of the olive trees planted in front of the villas as well as the stunning vineyards as backdrop. The buildings have been positioned in a way to offer both sun as well as shade options within the relaxation areas. The living rooms of the Premium Villa Suites are equipped with a fold-out couch, thereby converting them into a second bedroom.

The freehold villa suites are available in two typologies: the 42m2 Villa Suites (second & third-row) and the 52m2 Premium Villa Suites (first-row). One aspect both typologies have in common is the quality of the materials and the execution of the build. All interior and exterior build-areas are covered in Egyptian marble. The furniture is also of hotel quality and won’t mind the occasional spill of wine. To top it all off the suites are not just equipped with your standard A/C, but also include electric underfloor heating in all interior areas. All in all, we have tried to think of everything that might make such a property stand out, from the fabric of the exterior chairs all the way to the choice of kitchen equipment.
